
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons NEWELL CILANTRO LIME
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs (about 2-1/4 pounds)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup Chicken Broth
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Combine all ingredients; rub over chicken. Place in a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker.
Step 2
Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 170°-175°, 3-4 hours.
